Before Treatment
Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks. Use SPF 50+ daily.
Stop strong exfoliants or retinoids 3–5 days before treatment.
Avoid waxing or hair removal on the treatment area for 2 weeks.
Inform your practitioner of medications, skin conditions, or recent treatments.
No fake tan on area being treated
After Treatment
Expect mild redness or warmth, which usually settles within a few hours.
Avoid direct sun for 2 weeks and use broad-spectrum SPF 50+.
Use gentle skincare; avoid harsh exfoliants or retinoids for 5 days
Avoid heat (hot showers, saunas, exercise) for 24–48 hours.
Allow your skin to heal naturally; pigment may darken slightly before fading.
