  • Before Treatment

    • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks. Use SPF 50+ daily.

    • Stop strong exfoliants or retinoids 3–5 days before treatment.

    • Avoid waxing or hair removal on the treatment area for 2 weeks.

    • Inform your practitioner of medications, skin conditions, or recent treatments.

    • No fake tan on area being treated

    After Treatment

    • Expect mild redness or warmth, which usually settles within a few hours.

    • Avoid direct sun for 2 weeks and use broad-spectrum SPF 50+.

    • Use gentle skincare; avoid harsh exfoliants or retinoids for 5 days

    • Avoid heat (hot showers, saunas, exercise) for 24–48 hours.

    • Allow your skin to heal naturally; pigment may darken slightly before fading.

    • Follow your treatment plan for optimal results and consult your practitioner with any concerns.
