Bespoke Society Membership Terms & Conditions

By joining The Bespoke Society, you agree to the following membership terms

Membership Contributions

  • Membership contributions are $39 per week and will be automatically processed using your nominated payment method.

  • Weekly contributions are added to your Bespoke Skin Reserve and may be used towards eligible treatments and skincare products at Bespoke Cosmetic Clinic.

  • Membership contributions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bespoke Skin Reserve

  • Membership contributions accumulate within your Bespoke Skin Reserve and may be used towards eligible treatments and skincare products.

  • Unused credit rolls over and continues to accumulate over time.

  • Any credit accumulated within your Bespoke Skin Reserve remains available for future use, even if your membership is cancelled or paused.

  • Bespoke Skin Reserve credit cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, transferred or exchanged.

Eligible Treatments & Products

Membership credit may be used towards:

  • Bespoke Facials

  • Chemical Peels

  • Glass Skin Peel

  • LED Light Therapy

  • Dermaplaning

  • Skin Needling

  • Rejuran Skin Needling

  • Skincare Products

Bespoke Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to amend eligible treatments, products and membership inclusions where required

Minimum Commitment

  • The Bespoke Society requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the date of joining.

  • Following the initial three-month period, membership may be cancelled or paused at any time.

Member Benefits

Active Bespoke Society members receive access to exclusive membership benefits, including:

  • 10% off skincare purchases

  • Complimentary LED upgrade with eligible skin treatments

  • Complimentary Birthday Peel during your birthday month

  • Exclusive member-only offers and promotions

  • Invitations to Bespoke member events

  • A Bespoke Society Welcome Gift upon joining

  • A complimentary Bespoke Society Gift Box each quarter while membership remains active

Membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active.

Birthday Benefit

  • Members receive one complimentary Birthday Peel during their birthday month.

  • The Birthday Peel must be redeemed during the birthday month and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or carried forward.

  • Treatment suitability will be determined by your clinician at the time of appointment.

Treatment Suitability

  • All treatments remain subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

  • Membership does not guarantee eligibility for a specific treatment.

  • Bespoke Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to recommend alternative treatments where clinically appropriate.

Membership Pause

  • Memberships may be paused at any time following the initial three-month commitment period.

  • Any funds held within your Bespoke Skin Reserve will remain available for use while your membership is paused.

  • During a pause, weekly contributions cease and all membership benefits, discounts, gifts and exclusive offers are suspended.

  • Membership benefits recommence once the membership is reactivated.

Failed Payments

  • If a scheduled membership payment is unsuccessful, membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

  • Bespoke Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to cancel a membership where repeated payment failures occur.

  • Any accumulated Skin Reserve credit will remain on the member’s account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Booking Policy

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Standard clinic booking, cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all membership appointments.

  • Failure to attend an appointment or late cancellation fees may apply in accordance with clinic policy.

Membership Cancellation

  • Memberships may be cancelled after the initial three-month commitment period.

  • Any funds accumulated within your Bespoke Skin Reserve will remain available on your account and may be redeemed towards eligible treatments and skincare products.

  • Upon cancellation, all membership benefits, discounts, gifts, exclusive offers and event access cease.

Promotions & Discounts

  • Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, discounts or special pricing unless otherwise specified by Bespoke Cosmetic Clinic.

Changes to Membership

  • Bespoke Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to amend membership benefits, inclusions, pricing or terms where necessary.

  • Members will be provided with reasonable notice of any significant changes.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Membership benefits are intended solely for the registered member.

  • By joining The Bespoke Society, members acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
